Teresa Culpin submitted this photograph of a sheep crocheted in Bluefaced Leicester by her friend Leslie Blackmon Schwartz of the Potomac Craft Guild for an exhibition in Washington, USA

Teresa Culpin sent us this picture of the work of her artist friend in America [Leslie (American spelling) Blackmon Schwartz a member of the Potomac Craft Guild] who likes to use English breeds wool in her creations - the last one was a huge crocheted Bluefaced Leicester sheep for an exhibition in Washington, USA! Look at the chair and the balls of wool in background for scale - it's huge! It's wonderful to see the varied and creative ways that you use yarn - who says it's all about knitting socks? :-)

Click here to see another of Leslie's animals, Porker-Belle!
