Hand dyed Softee 100% cotton (DK)

This DK weight yarn has a lovely soft handle and gives excellent stitch definition. Being a cotton yarn, it has drapy rather than “bouncy” qualities, so is perhaps best suited to items where stretch and springiness are not essential to the design. Our hand dyed yarns are individually hand dyed by Debbie and supplied as skeins. Variation between skeins is part of the charm of these unique yarns as no two are alike. We recommend that you knit hand dyed yarns in imaginary stripes, switching between skeins approximately every three to four rows for the best effect.
