Everyone loves to receive a handmade card. Our dye-it-yourself stitched card kits with their beautiful yet simple designs make delightful gifts to celebrate any special occasion. The cards look equally lovely when placed in a small frame.

Each kit includes two gorgeous designs with clear charts and easy-to-follow stitch instructions. There is plenty of thread to do two of one design or one of each. The thread is divided into two lengths and you can dye both lengths in the same way, or apply different colours and techniques to each length.

Rainbow dyeing thread for cards is extremely effective, but very quick and simple.

Your kit includes:

• 2 lengths of undyed thread
• 2 pieces of canvas
• 2 card blanks with envelopes
• 3 packets of procion mx dye powder
• 1 small dye applicator syringe
• 1 packet of fixer (sodium carbonate)
• 1 pair vinyl disposable gloves
• 1 disposable apron
• 2 charts and fully illustrated stitch instructions

In addition, you will need:

• water
• salt
• tapestry needle
• double-sided sticky tape
