A very soft, smooth spun cotton plied with viscose to give a super 'barber pole' effect. Unbleached so slightly creamy colour, but dyes well with fibre reactive or natural dyes and the contrast between the matt cotton and the lustrous viscose gives great effects. Suggested needle sizes: 3.75mm – 4.5mm Uses: This is a non-elastic yarn so is best suited to items where drape is required rather than bounce. Makes nice shawls, summer tops, jackets and light summer sweaters (just allow a little for the lack of 'give').
