A fine yarn, plump and squishy with a lovely reflective sheen, very soft handle.

Tencel is a cellulose (plant) fibre made from wood pulp. It gives a lovely shine, almost sparkly.

When dyed with reactive or acid dyes, the tencel element doesn’t take the dye which gives the yarn a slightly sparkly, heathery effect. Also dyes well with natural dyes.
