With our new website we are now able to offer trade accounts to our business customers. (We’ve actually had them for a while but the process was a bit ‘clunky’).
Who can register?
Our accounts are aimed primarily at smaller businesses, indie dyers and re-sellers – we have no order minimums – order what you want when you need it (ideal for when you’re starting out or trying new products!).
Simply provide details of your business (etsy, website, shop etc.) and we’ll set up your account.
Order on the website as normal, we’ll give you a unique customer code to put in at the checkout and it will calculate your order based on the trade price.
We offer a personalised service, speedy turnaround time (2 working days wherever possible) and full product advice.
Need tech support?
If you have a question, with over 30 years’ experience as a dyer and more as a knitter (she won’t say how many!), Debbie answers technical queries personally by email (and you can even phone and speak to her ‘for real’!).
Need a special order?
If you’re looking for something special and we don’t stock it, we’ll do our best to get it for you. We also have some products that are only available to our business customers.
