Just a quick reminder to let you know that we are taking some time out for a bit of r&r and will be closed for our annual holiday week from Saturday 17th June to Saturday 24th June.
Please place your orders before 12:00pm on Friday 16th June and we’ll get them sent out to you before we go away. (We’ll let you know if there’s likely to be any delay).
Normal service resumes on Monday 26th June!

Debbie is a textile designer, hand-dyer, author and tutor with over 25 years' experience in her field. Debbie has 4 books and over 100 articles published in major magazines and welcomes requests for articles, how-to features, technical and research articles, video tutorials and books.
Making Futures
In addiiton to being a partner in DT Craft & Design, Debbie runs social enterprise Making Futures CIC, delivering a wide range of workshops, classes, Arts Award, Artsmark and City & Guilds accredited programmes. Debbie also offers business mentoring and start-up advice to new creative enterprises.
We’ll be posting those stocking fillers and last-minute gifts (we’ve all been there!) for orders placed before 12.30pm on 23rd December. However, last posting date is 21st December so it may be that orders may not arrive in time for the ‘big day’. If you need a last-minute gift or you’re not sure what to get we do have gift vouchers in the shop!
As it’s Christmas we are then taking a bit of a break and the shop will be closed until 4th Jan 2026.You may still place orders (simply close this window with the ‘X’ or escape to return to the shop) but we will not start dispatching orders until 4th January.
