Celebrate the coming of autumn and learn how to make a simple knitted pumpkin!
Debbie will guide you through all the essential steps in her friendly, relaxed workshop. Whether you’re an absolute beginner, need a refresher or are simply looking for a fun, relaxing knitting session, you’ll have a super time. Make your pumpkin in the session and take away your yarn and patterns to grow your own, cute pumpkin patch at home!
Course level:
No knitting skills are required – Debbie will be starting right at the beginning. Have some experience or returning to knitting? This course is also a great refresher/fun making session.
What you will learn:
- Slip knot
- Casting on
- Knit stitch
- Purl stitch
- Casting off
What’s included:
All materials are included – we provide quality materials – lovely yarn, knitting needles and patterns to take home and grow your pumpkin patch! We also include tea, coffee and biccies 🙂
About your tutor:
Debbie has been a designer and knitter for over 25 years so you’ll be in good hands! Debbie is the author of six craft books and has had designs published in many of the popular knitting magazines. She has been Knit Now magazine’s expert knitting teacher for over 10 years.
