COVID Update - we are open!
Business as normal as possible!
As we enter a second full lockdown, just a quick update to let our lovely customers know that we are still open for your online and telephone orders.
Posting
Orders are being posted on schedule wherever possible, normally within 2-3 working days, but please can we ask that if an order is urgent you let us know as soon as possible. We are trying to reduce pressure on our fabulous local post office as it is also an essential grocery shop for us and many of our neighbours so are consolidating our drop offs as far as we can.
Delivery times
Royal Mail are doing a fantastic job and the majority of parcels seem to be arriving in good time but as we move towards Christmas we are expecting some slower delivery times so do allow for that when ordering. All parcels are being sent first class but if you need to upgrade to a next day delivery, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
COVID precautions
We have been taking appropriate COVID precautions since March and will continue to do so.

Last but absolutely not least we want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has kindly shopped with us. We always appreciate every order but with no shows and no teaching our mail order business is a lifeline and we are very grateful that you are all continuing to craft despite everything else that’s going on!
