These small pots hold around 15g of dye powder and can be mixed with citric acid, sodium carbonate, salt, rice or other media for speckling and speckle dyeing techniques.
We also include 10 small ball-bearings which are re-usable and allow for speckling without adding anything to the dye. This makes them very cost-effective as they can be re-used with different colours.
This pot has an insert with 12 small holes and a flip closure which keeps powders dry and prevents dye transfer into the lid when shaking or mixing. A separate screw lid secures the dyes in transit.
